This Return Policy applies to herbal tea products sold by Flourishcleania through flourishcleania.world, including Nordic Mint Serenity, Forest Berry Infusion, and Lapland Chamomile Calm tins shipped from Otakaari 5, 02150 Espoo, Finland.
Right of withdrawal for consumers
Finnish and EU consumers may withdraw from distance contracts within fourteen days of receiving physical goods without giving a reason. The period begins the day after you or a designated recipient takes possession of the parcel. To exercise withdrawal, send a clear statement via our contact form or postal address before the deadline, including your name, order reference, and product names.
Condition of returned tins
Herbal tins must be unopened, with intact seals and no evidence of use. Because botanical products are consumables, we cannot accept returns of opened pouches for hygiene reasons unless they are defective or not as described. You may examine the outer packaging as in a shop but must avoid breaking inner freshness seals solely for testing aroma.
Return shipping
Unless the return arises from our error or a defective batch, you bear direct costs of sending goods back to our Espoo studio. Use tracked shipping and retain proof of dispatch. We recommend insulating parcels to prevent moisture damage to leaves during transit.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting returned tins, we refund product price and standard outbound delivery cost within fourteen days using the original payment method where possible. We may withhold refund until goods arrive or until you provide tracking showing shipment. Deductions apply if products show handling beyond what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics, or function.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive the wrong blend, a tin below labeled net weight, or leaves with mold or foreign material, contact us within forty-eight hours with photos. We will arrange replacement or full refund including reasonable return shipping. Lot codes printed on pouches help us trace harvest partners quickly.
Damaged parcels
Report carrier damage within seven days with images of outer box and inner pouches. We coordinate claims with carriers while sending replacements when stock allows.
Non-returnable items
Digital recipe bundles delivered by email, gift cards, and promotional sample sachets marked as free cannot be returned once accessed or used. Custom blended tins prepared to your written specifications are non-returnable unless defective.
Business and wholesale orders
Contracts with cafés, hotels, or retailers may specify different return windows in signed agreements. Where no separate clause exists, statutory consumer rights do not apply to entities acting in a trade capacity; returns are negotiated case by case for sealed cases only.

We do not process direct exchanges. If you prefer another blend, return the eligible tin per this policy and place a new order for the desired product on infusion-market.html or via contact assistance.
